SHIPPING POLICY

We have an exclusive tie-up with our logistical partner (Courier Company’s name) for all our domestic deliveries. They have 5 major hubs and 300 air connections to 70 cities networking every destination across the country.

It is made sure that products are delivered to customer in good condition.

For customers participating in our promotional schemes (Courier Company’s name) makes sure that they collect gift vouchers from customers before delivering the merchandise and is handed over to Shri & Sam with the order reference.

All deliveries will happen within 10 working days & Octroi / State taxes if applicable will be borne by the customer.

SECURE SHOPPING

Shri & Sam will not be retaining any details of credit/debit card used for the transaction. The user will be automatically redirected to the secure website of HDFC bank.
